Shop window upgrade / 2013

Monthly support to a Brussels shop manager specialised in bedding. Meetings’aim was to guide him towards a sustainable strategy, involving him in several months of shop windows restructuration. Repeated experiments that allowed him to be more autonomous and efficient on his company strategy’s choices.
